*All packages include a Custom designed wedding packet including budget worksheets, timeline of Events, and a complimentary memory journal for putting ideas, thoughts and pictures in during the planning of your wedding.

Diamante- This is our Full service consulting package which covers all stages of the planning process from start to finish. We work with the client to determine the essential factors of the wedding from locating the venue, suggesting and helping to find quality vendors, negotiate contracts, plan the design element of the wedding, and handle all of the “little details” that are involved in planning a truly unique & beautiful event. We help advise the couple with decisions that need to be made, timeline assistance, help with formulating a realistic budget, and make all the necessary preparations, in order to create a flawless event. A planner works behind the scenes so that the client can enjoy the planning process, as well as every moment of their wedding day.

Impressionante- This wedding package is the same as the Diamante full service package but pertains to weddings with a budget over $20,000. The Wedding Consultant fee for this package is 15% of the final total budget.

Di’ oro- Many times a client has already started the first phase of the wedding planning process. Soon after the bride realizes the overwhelming amount of planning that still needs to be completed as the wedding date approaches, and that is where we step in. We assist in the final logistical and organizational decisions. We enter the planning of the event at any point before the wedding day to recommend vendors, review contracts, help to work out final details, and relieve the stress of planning. We become the main contact on the client’s behalf, and complete the remainder of the planning and assist during dress rehearsal and the day of the wedding.

Argento- This is our “Day of” Event Planning package. If a bride requires a planner for the month preceding the wedding we offer “Day Of” services. We contact vendors, visit the venue, and prepare the timeline, and itinerary for the event. We handle any issues that may arise, meet with the bride and bridal party in preparing for the wedding, and organize the final details. We coordinate the rehearsal and wedding day. Our primary goal is to ensure a smoothly run event and a happy Bride.

Consulting Fee: $50 per hour
